Tidal is currently developing a CRM Customer Relationship Management System in Java and VisualAge COBOL. The system is designed to manage customer and business information from the web and synchronise it with back office contact management systems that might already be in place in the organisation.

This system incorporates an Internet Content Management system for generating web pages in line with customer data.
