Vladimir Kurbatov, VP International Operations.

Vladimir Kurbatov joined I.T.Co. in November 2000 and is currently engaged in building the sales and marketing structure of the Software Development Center. He  participates in devising company strategy and represents the company to the IT and business communities and key customers. Prior to I.T.Co, he worked for almost 5 years in the Russian company specializing in custom software development as VP for Business Development and was instrumental in building the customer base that provided annual revenue of up to 6mln. US dollars in  outsourcing contracts for international customers.

Victor Weinstein, Director Software Development Center

Participating at I.T.Co from the very earlier days of company operation, Victor Weinstein has greatly contributed to the development of core company businesses. During 1992-1998 Victor held the position of Director of the Electronic Payment Systems Department, and supervised the development of SmartCity cashless payment system in cooperation with ICL Smart Card group. In 1999 he was promoted to the VP for Perspective Technologies of I.T. Co. The Software Development Center was built and first international contracts were signed under his leadership. A graduate of Moscow State University in 1993, Victor Weinstein has a fine technical background and well recognized management skills.
