He was extremely impressed with the high quality of the resources he found, and organized a tour of Russian IT companies to the U.K. The tour, known as Russian IT Resources 2001, involved 9 companies that travelled to 8 cities in Britain, meeting with potential customers and presenting the capabilities of Russian IT.
